Q: What is the Group Practice Success program or GPS?
A: GPS is a 12 month long executive coaching and support program for established Therapy Group Practice Owners including, personalized 1:1 coaching, monthly group video calls, a 24/7 online list-serve, and it’s kicked off with a 4-day intensive retreat in San Diego, CA in October. It’s the first program of its kind, developed to help Group Practice Owners in the field of mental health reach higher heights, gain support and knowledge from some of the best business owners around the country, and receive personalized coaching from the three successful leaders of Group Practice Success, Joe Bavonese, Ken Urie and Ernie Schmidt.
Q: What kind of results can I expect from GPS?
A: Of course this depends a lot on your follow through and effort, but in our experience with the GPS format you can EXPECT A LOT! We’ve seen growth of about 30-40% for most members with some as high as 200% in less than one year! Just this growth alone, easily covers the cost of the program! These numbers also don’t reflect the immense psychological gains and improved peace of mind that comes with belonging to such a solid and supportive group of therapists and business owners.

A: GPS runs for 12 months with an option to extend at the end of 12 months. Support and guidance with one another from the GPS group is crucial for your success. Connecting, bonding, and learning with other successful Group Practice Owners is a gold mine!
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Your Premier GPS Membership of executive coaching and personalized consultation includes an investment of a one-time enrollment of $1495 plus 12 monthly payments of $695. Members cover travel, accommodations, and lunch & dinner expenses for San Diego GPS Intensive Weekend.

Q: How do I apply?
A: Anyone who is a Group Practice Owner and has at least 3 therapists in their practice are eligible to apply. Complete and Submit an application on our “Apply” page and you will be contacted within 15 days with an approval or a request for additional information and or a personalized interview.
